Zoom is NOT a voice recorded platform, and therefore, is not configured to record and maintain a record of communications that occur via Zoom. Employees subject to voice recording for regulatory reasons (e.g. Swap Dealer Associated Person, MIFID or other local regulations) who use Zoom for in-scope business conversations that are required to be voice recorded must be separately recorded via a recorded telephone line by following the process outlined in CCOR Bulletin 23b:2020 - External Video Meetings - Voice Recording Requirements. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disciplinary action.
